A $5.00 discount applies for each additional family member who registers (i.e., brother, sister).

Registration Forms for All Skills Camps
Two file formats are available. To save them to your computer, right click on the link and select "Save As" or "Save Target As", and choose a location to save the file to. Remember where you save the file to, so that you can find it afterwards. A good location would be "My Documents":
· HTML (opened with your web browser)
· Rich Text Format (can be opened with Microsoft Word, Wordperfect, etc.) |
