TUESDAY, JUNE 29
9:00 am - Meet in Coaches’ Room for introductions, breakfast
9:00 –10:30 - Meeting, pictures, bio, group organization and paperwork
10:30-11:00 - Post lists, Nets up, Meet athletes, Shirts, etc.
PLAYERS START ARRIVING AT 11:00
11:15 – 12:00 - First Session: Group Familiarization – Observe Skills
12:10 –1:00 - General Session: Tile Floor – Movement and forearm passing

1:10 – 2:00 - General Session: Face Passing
2:00 – 2:30 - Meet in the Tile Floor Gym - NUTRITION BREAK (BRING OWN FOOD: Campers CANNOT leave for lunch!)
2:30 – 3:20 - Game Application: Integration of Movement with Forearm & Face Passing
3:30 – 4:20 - General Session: Attack introduction – progressions
4:30 – 5:20 - Competitions: 3 on 3, 4 on 4 – these are skill competitions
5:20 - 5:30 - Meet in Tile Floor Gym for Wrap Up
WEDNESDAY, JUNE 30
11:00 am - Announcements – Tile Floor Gym
11:15 – 12:00 -Attack progressions, variations, roll, tip, middle, right side, end with pass, set, to attack
12:10 – 1:00 - General Session: Serve – float, top spin, jump
1:10 – 2:00 - Game Application: Keep it exciting with a lot of movement
2:00 - 2:30 - Meet in the Tile Floor gym: NUTRITION BREAK
2:30 – 3:20 - General Session: Individual serve reception, emphasis on forearm
3:30 – 4:20 - Serve reception to attack situations
4:30 – 5:20 - Competitions
5:20 - 5:30 - Wrap Up
THURSDAY, JULY 1
11:00 - Announcements – Tile Floor Gym
11:15-12:00 - General Session: Tile Gym – Individual Defense
12:10-1:00 - Individual defense to offense – free ball, down ball
1:10-2:00 - Game Application: 3 on 3, full team, etc.
2:00-2:30 - Meet in the Tile Floor gym: NUTRITION BREAK
2:30-3:20 - General Session: Block – individual fundamentals (lower the net for the younger athletes)
3:30 – 4:20 - Block situations, transition to attack (lower the net for younger athletes)
4:30 – 5:20 - Competitions
5:20 – 5:30 - Wrap Up
FRIDAY, JULY 2(Younger Athlete’s Schedule)
11:00 - Announcements – Tile Floor Gym
11:15-12:00 - Team defense
12:10-2:00 - SAND COURT TOURNAMENT – Return to CKSS for Nutrition Break
2:00– 2:30 - NUTRITION BREAK
2:30-3:20 - Team defense: review, free ball positions, movement off net
3:30-4:20 - Transitional play situations – defense to offense, offense to defense
4:30-5:20 - Competitions – perhaps with other groups
5:20-5:30 - Wrap Up
FRIDAY, JULY 2 (Older Athlete’s Schedule)
11:00 - Announcements – Tile Floor Gym
11:15-12:00 - Team defense introductions
12:10 – 1:00 - Team defense: include back court transition, free ball, setter penetration
1:10 – 2:00 - Game Application
2:00-2:30 - Meet in the Tile Floor gym: NUTRITION BREAK
2:30 – 3:20 - Transitional play situations – defense to offense, offense to defense
3:30-5:30 - SAND COURT TOURNAMENT – dismissal from sand courts
SATURDAY, JULY 3
11:00 - Announcements – Tile Floor Gym
11:15-12:00 - Review all skills – last chance to observe before giving out report cards
12:10– 1:00 - Skill review and refinement, coach’s choice
1:10-2:00 - Games and Competitions: hand out reports and discuss reports individually with each athlete
2:00- 2:30 - Meet in tile floor gym: NUTRITION BREAK - meet up with your Grass Tournament Teams!
2:30-4:30 - GRASS COURT TOURNAMENT: all campers
Coaches provide encouragement to their appointed teams and help run and officiate the tournament.

430-5:30 - Final gathering in the tile gym and wrap up
